We also carry out Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12) which is a legal requirement for any person/s letting a property. In addition to this, it is also a legal requirement to have an operational Carbon Monoxide alarm fitted.

SERVICE AND REPAIR
We service a wide range of gas appliances covering all manufacturers. It is of upmost importance that an annual service of your gas appliance/s is carried out. The main reason behind this, is SAFETY! for you and your family. Other reasons include boiler efficiency and preventative maintenance.
INSTALLATION
We install a wide range of gas boilers to suit the needs of your home, such manufacturers include: Baxi, Worcester, Valliant and more. Any boiler that is installed, will be registered with Gas Safe and the warranty of the specific manufacturer. Any work that is carried out by Millennium Heating and Gas Services, comes with a 12 month guarantee.
REPAIR
When a boiler breaks down it is an inconvenience to you and your home. With a vast experience in boiler and heating system repairs, gathered over 20 years in the industry, we aim to get your boiler/system repaired the same day.

Gas Appliance Service
- Landlord Gas Safety checks (CP12's) are charged at £60.00 which will include one boiler and 1 cooker only, any subsequent appliance will be charged at £20.00
Repair
- An initial diagnosis charge of £60 covers the first hours labour.
- A full price including parts will be given and agreed upon diagnosis.
Installation
- Boiler installation prices start from £1850.00 this is based upon boiler in same location and providing no regulation upgrades are required.
